The plant was gorgeous and the same day quick delivery was wonderful. The receiving family absolutely adores the plant and even visitors noticed it. It was extremely pricey for a plant and a delivery within a couple of miles and I wish it was more affordable for people that don’t have $100 to spend on plants but still want to show people they care without sacrificing the quality. Thank you for providing wonderful service to the community in a speedy manner.

I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered to my mother, sister and brother-in-law that are all very sick. I live out of state and relayed that to Carole. She assured me she'd take good care of me and she did not disappoint. Within a few hours my mother called to say the fruit basket was absolutely beautiful. Bridgett delivered the basket per my instructions and communicated thru text that it had been safely delivered. Do not hesitate to order from them. You will be pleased!

I placed an order on the website after hours last night, but well within the "order by" time for birthday flowers to be delivered today (by 10 hours, I believe). This afternoon, I received an email at 3pm, not to confirm that my order had been delivered, but to tell me my order had been cancelled because the shop is currently closed. It's Thursday. If the shop is closed, don't take orders. If you can't handle that, let customers know first thing in the morning.

The process was quick and easy and I received email notifications letting me know that the flowers had been delivered. Both recipients were really happy with their bouquets, which looked even better than the beautiful photos online!! The flowers were fresh and long-lasting. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The only thing I do not like are the fees. I actually have found a florist that not only doesn't charge extra fees, but even the delivery is free and it ships anywhere, even internationally. I understand about delivery charges, but extra fees I have a problem with. So, as your quality and service is fine, I most likely will not be using you again next year for my sister-in-law's flowers.
